If a significant change occurs, clients will be notified and given alternatives where possible.
Liability and Responsibilities
The Agency acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers and is not responsible for accidents, delays, or losses beyond our control.
Clients should have travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for certain packages.
Clients are responsible for reviewing the terms of their insurance coverage.
Force Majeure
The Agency is not liable for cancellations or modifications due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or war.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Any complaints should be reported in writing within 1 days of the travel experience.
